Courses are collections of Edu-Jobs organized around a specific learning goal or topic. They help learners follow a structured learning path and earn certificates upon completion. Course Management Overview Life Hub provides three main course features for Org Admins: Create a Course: Build new courses from Edu-Jobs My Courses: Manage courses you've created Browse Courses: View all available courses in the system Create a Course The Create a Course wizard walks you through building a structured learning experience. Accessing the Creator Click Create a Course in the sidebar to start the 7-step wizard. The 7-Step Course Creation Wizard Step 1: Title and Cover Image Establish your course's identity: Course Title: Give your course a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Financial Planning Fundamentals", "Professional Excel Skills") Course Description: Write a brief overview of what learners will accomplish Cover Image: Upload an image that represents your course. This appears in course listings and helps learners identify the course visually Choose a title that clearly describes the learning outcome, not just the topic. Step 2: Add Edu-Jobs Select which Edu-Jobs to include in this course. Step 3: Set Course Order Arrange Edu-Jobs in the sequence learners should complete them. Step 4: Configure Settings Set how the course operates. Step 5: Earning Configuration Set how learners earn for course completion. Step 6: Review Review all information before publishing and make any final edits. Step 7: Publish Finalize your course and make it available to learners. My Courses Manage courses you've created and track their performance. Accessing My Courses Click My Courses in the sidebar to see your course dashboard. What You'll Find Your course list shows: Course Title: Name of the course Status: Published, Draft, or Archived Enrollment: Number of learners enrolled Completion Rate: Percentage of enrolled learners who finished Date Created: When the course was created Actions: Edit, archive, view analytics, or clone Managing Your Courses Edit a Course Click Edit to modify a published course: Update title, description, or cover image Add or remove Edu-Jobs Reorder Edu-Jobs in the learning sequence Adjust earning amounts or bonuses Change visibility or availability View Analytics Click Analytics to see course performance: Enrollment trends Completion rate Average time to completion Learner feedback and ratings Which Edu-Jobs have the highest drop-off rates Archive a Course Click Archive to remove a course from availability: The course is no longer visible to learners Existing enrollments and progress are preserved You can unarchive anytime Clone a Course Click Clone to create a copy: Useful for creating course variations All Edu-Jobs and settings are copied You customize the clone version Saves time compared to building from scratch Browse Courses View all courses available in your organization. What Learners See The Browse Courses view shows: Course Cards: Visual representation of each course with cover image Course Description: Summary of what learners will learn Enrollment Button: Learners click to enroll Difficulty Level: Indicator of course intensity Estimated Duration: How long the course typically takes As an Org Admin You see everything learners see, but with additional context: Your Courses: Clearly marked so you know which courses you created Enrollment Numbers: How many people are enrolled in each course Completion Metrics: Performance data for all courses Visibility Controls: See who can access each course Course Best Practices Planning Your Courses Group related Edu-Jobs around a central learning objective Create a logical progression from foundational to advanced content Include 3-10 Edu-Jobs per course for manageable learning Consider learner time constraints when setting course duration Earning Strategy Set earning amounts that reflect total course value Use completion bonuses to motivate learners to finish Balance generous earnings with organizational budget Consider offering tiered bonuses (e.g., bonus for perfect score) Content Selection Confirm all included Edu-Jobs are published and error-free Vary Edu-Job types within courses for engagement (mix quizzes, games, projects) Include assessments throughout, not just at the end Update courses regularly as new Edu-Jobs become available Maximizing Completion Write clear course descriptions that explain benefits Use engaging course titles and images Set realistic timelines for completion Break longer courses into multiple shorter courses Celebrate and publicize course completions Tracking Success Monitor completion rates monthly Identify Edu-Jobs with high dropout rates within courses Gather learner feedback on course structure Update courses based on performance data Share success stories with stakeholders
