Life Hub is a learning platform that connects you witheducational opportunities called Edu-Jobs. You can complete these jobs to learnnew skills, advance academically, and earn money.

How do I get started?

Edu-Jobs

‍

How do I earn money?

‍

You earn money by completing Edu-Jobs. Each job has aspecific earning amount listed when you view it. Once you submit a completedjob and it's approved, the earnings are added to your account.

‍

What types of Edu-Jobs are there?

‍

There are four main types of Edu-Jobs:

-      Quiz - Answer questions to test yourknowledge

-      Game - Learn through interactive gamingexperiences

-      Microsoft - Complete tasks related toMicrosoft Office applications

-      Video-Based - Watch educational videosand answer questions about them

How much can I earn per Edu-Job?

‍

Earning amounts vary based on the Edu-Job's difficulty andlength. You can see the exact earning amount for each Edu-Job before you startit.

Can I save Edu-Jobs for later?

‍

Yes. Click the save icon (star or bookmark) on any edu-jobto add it to your Saved Edu-Jobs. You can work on them whenever you're ready.

How do I organize my saved Edu-Jobs intofolders?

‍

In your Saved Edu-Jobs section, you can create customfolders to organize jobs by subject, difficulty, or any other way you prefer.Move saved jobs between folders to keep everything organized.

What happens after I submit an Edu-Job?

‍

After you submit an edu-job, it goes to your organization'sadmin for review. They will either approve it or request a do-over. You'llreceive a notification when your submission is reviewed.

‍

What does "Do-Over" mean?

‍

A "Do-Over" means your organization wants you toresubmit the Edu-Job because it didn't meet the requirements. You can retakethe Edu-Job and resubmit it. Your earnings won't change, but you'll need tomeet the expectations to get it approved.

How do I schedule an Edu-Job?

‍

Some edu-jobs have specific scheduling requirements. Whenyou accept a job with a deadline or time window, it appears on your Calendarwith the due date. You can work on it anytime before the deadline.

Courses

What is a course?

‍

A course is a collection of related edu-jobs organizedaround a specific educational topic. Courses help you progress through astructured learning path.

How do I enroll in a course?

‍

Go to the Courses section and browse available courses.Click on a course to view its details, then click "Enroll" to join.After enrollment, you'll see the course's edu-jobs available to complete.

Payments and Earnings

‍

When do I get paid?

‍

Your earnings are processed on your organization's PaydayFrequency schedule. On payday, your approved earnings are transferred to yourlinked debit card or account.

‍

What is Payday Frequency?

‍

Payday Frequency is how often your organization processespayments. This might be weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on yourorganization's settings.

‍

How does the Visa debit card work?

‍

Life Hub partners with a card issuer to provide you with aVisa debit card. Your earnings are deposited directly onto this card. You canuse it anywhere that accepts Visa, withdraw cash from ATMs, or transfer fundsto your bank account.

Do my funds expire?

‍

No. Once your earnings are added to your account or card,they don't expire. You can use them or transfer them whenever you want.

‍

How do I freeze my card?

‍

If you lose your card or suspect fraud, you can freeze itfrom the Debit Card section on your Dashboard. This prevents anyone from usingthe card until you unfreeze it. Contact Technical Support for immediateassistance with lost or stolen cards.

Calendar and Scheduling

How do I use My Calendar?

‍

Use the Calendar to see all your scheduled edu-jobs anddeadlines. Switch between Month, Week, and Day views to find the schedulelayout that works best for you.

Profile and Account

‍

How do I update my profile?

‍

Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner of thenavigation bar and select Profile. Update your information and save yourchanges.

‍

What should I include in my resume?

‍

Include your education, skills you've developed through LifeHub, achievements and badges, and any relevant work experience. Keeping yourresume updated helps you track your growth.

Support and Communication

What is the Fini Learning Coach?

‍

Fini Learning Coach is an AI-powered chatbot available atthe top of every page in Life Hub. Ask Fini any question about using Life Hub,and you'll get instant answers. Fini is always there to help.

How do I message my organization?

‍

Go to Messages in the navigation. Click on any existingconversation with your organization's staff or start a new message. This is thebest way to ask account-specific questions.

‍

How do I get technical support?

‍

Click the help icon (?) in the top navigation bar to submita technical issue, or visit the Technical Support Inbox in Messages. Reportbugs, login issues, or other technical problems directly to the Life Hub team.

Monthly Challenges

‍

What are Monthly Challenges?

‍

Monthly Challenges are time-limited earning goals thatchange every month. Complete the monthly goal (for example, "Complete 15Edu-Jobs") to earn bonus money on top of your regular earnings.

‍

How do I participate in a Monthly Challenge?

‍

Check your Dashboard for the Monthly Challenge card. When achallenge is active, click the participate button to join. Complete therequired number of edu-jobs before the month ends to earn your bonus.

‍

Where can I see my challenge progress?

‍

Your progress appears on the Monthly Challenge card on yourDashboard. You'll see how many Edu-Jobs you've completed and how many you needto reach your goal.
