Count Display: Shows the total number of key managers (e.g., "19 Key Managers") Manager List: Lists names and contact information for team members with administrative access Edit Managers: Add or remove key managers to control who has administrative privileges in your organization Use this section to stay informed about your leadership team and manage administrative access levels. Organization Details Card Your organization's core information is displayed in a card format: EIN: Employer Identification Number Payday Frequency: How often learners receive earnings (e.g., Biweekly, Monthly, Weekly) Organization Type: Your organization's classification (e.g., Non Profit, For Profit, Educational Institution, Government) Phone: Organization's main contact number Address: Street address State: State abbreviation City: City name Zipcode: Five-digit postal code These details are used for organizational identification, compliance, and learner earning statements. Core Statistics Cards Six primary cards display your organization's key metrics at a glance: 1. Active Learners The count of learners who are actively engaged. This metric indicates your engaged user base. 2. Inactive Learners The count of learners who are not currently engaged. These learners may need engagement initiatives. 3. Total Learners The combined count of all learners in your organization, both active and inactive. 4. Total Edu-Jobs The total number of Edu-Jobs your organization has created across all status categories (published, submitted, archived). 5. Published Courses The number of courses that have been published and are available for learners to enroll in. 6. Earnings The total dollar amount learners in your organization have earned through completed Edu-Jobs. This represents your organization's total payout investment.
