Find  answers to common questions about managing your organization in Life Hub.    Account and Login    Q: How do I log into my Org Admin account?    A: Go to staging.lifehubinfiniti.ai (or your organization's production  URL), enter your username and password, and click Sign In. If you forget your  password, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.    Q: What's the difference between Org Admin and Learner accounts?    A: Org Admins can create and manage content (Edu-Jobs and Courses), review  learner submissions, access analytics, and manage organizational settings.  Learners can only take Edu-Jobs, enroll in courses, and track their personal  earnings.    Q: How do I change my password?    A: Click your profile avatar in the top right, select Account Settings, and  choose Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a  new one.    Q: Can I have multiple Org Admin accounts in my organization?    A: Yes. You can add key managers with Org Admin access through the  Organization Details in your Dashboard. Only authorized administrators should  have access.    Creating Edu-Jobs    Q: How do I create an Edu-Job?    A: Click Create an Edu-Job in the sidebar and follow the 7-step wizard.  You'll provide a title, select a type, add content, configure settings, set  earning amounts, schedule availability, review, and publish.    Q: What types of Edu-Jobs can I create?    A: You can create Quiz, Game, Microsoft Job, Visa Job, or Google Docs Job.  Each type serves different learning objectives and engagement styles.    Q: How do I use Infiniti AI to generate content?    A: Click Infiniti AI in the sidebar, then select the EduJob Content Generator.  Choose a source (Topic, Video, Website URL, or Document), select a grade  level, choose output options (Quiz, Worksheet), and click Generate. The AI  will create content you can customize.    Q: Can I import content from external sources?    A: Yes. You can provide a video URL, website URL, or upload a document to  Infiniti AI, and the tool will extract and structure content for you.    Q: How do I set earning amounts for Edu-Jobs?    A: During creation, in the Earning Amount step, set the base amount  learners earn for completion (e.g., $2.50). You can also configure bonuses  for high performance.    Q: Can I clone an existing Edu-Job?    A: Yes. Go to My Edu Jobs, find the Edu-Job you want to clone, click More  Actions, select Clone, and customize the copy. This is faster than building  from scratch.    Q: Can I schedule when an Edu-Job is available?    A: Yes. In the Scheduling step, you can set a start date, end date,  specific availability times, and frequency (one-time, weekly, or monthly).    Managing Edu-Jobs    Q: How do I review submitted Edu-Jobs?    A: Go to My Edu Jobs > Submitted tab to see all pending submissions.  Click a submission to review it, then choose to Approve, send back as a  Do-Over, or Reject.    Q: What does "Do-Over" mean?    A: A Do-Over is a request for revision. When you send something back as a  Do-Over, the submitter receives feedback, makes changes, and resubmits. You  review again and can approve, request another do-over, or reject.    Q: How do I archive an Edu-Job?    A: Go to My Edu Jobs > Published tab, find the Edu-Job, click Archive,  and confirm. The Edu-Job moves to the Archived tab and is hidden from  learners.    Q: How do I unarchive an Edu-Job?    A: Go to My Edu Jobs > Archived tab, find the Edu-Job, click Unarchive,  and confirm. The Edu-Job is restored to Published and visible to learners  again.    Q: Can I edit a published Edu-Job?    A: Yes. Go to My Edu Jobs > Published, click Edit, make your changes,  and save. Changes take effect immediately for learners.    Q: How do I see how learners are performing on my Edu-Jobs?    A: Go to My Edu Jobs, click Analytics for a specific Edu-Job. You'll see  completion rate, average completion time, and learner engagement data.    Creating and Managing Courses    Q: How do I create a course?    A: Click Create a Course in the sidebar and follow the 7-step wizard.  You'll provide a title, select Edu-Jobs to include, order them, configure  settings, set earnings, review, and publish.    Q: Can I add the same Edu-Job to multiple courses?    A: Yes. An Edu-Job can be included in multiple courses, so learners can  take the same job in different course contexts.    Q: How do I set a course completion bonus?    A: During course creation in Step 5 (Earning Configuration), set a Course  Completion Bonus amount (e.g., $5) that learners earn when they finish all  course jobs.    Q: How do I change the order of Edu-Jobs in a course?    A: Go to My Courses, click Edit on the course, and in Step 3 (Set Course  Order), drag and drop jobs to reorder them.    Q: Can I archive a course?    A: Yes. Go to My Courses, click Archive on the course. Learners will no  longer see it, but you can unarchive anytime.    Using Infiniti AI and Analytics    Q: What is the AI Impact Analyzer?    A: The AI Impact Analyzer generates professional impact reports for  stakeholders. Use the 6-step wizard to create reports demonstrating how your  programs are impacting learners and your organization.    Q: How do I generate an impact report?    A: Click Infiniti AI > AI Impact Analyzer, then follow the 6-step  wizard: Context, Goals, Branding, Report Options, Metrics, and Review.  Download your report as PDF.    Q: Can I see how many learners are active vs. inactive?    A: Yes. Your Dashboard displays Active Learners and Inactive Learners  cards, showing who has engaged in the last 30 days.    Q: Where can I see the total earnings I've paid out?    A: Your Dashboard has an Earnings card showing total dollars paid to  learners. Go to Analytics for detailed breakdowns by Edu-Job or course.    Organization Management    Q: How do I update my organization details?    A: Click Dashboard, go to Organization Details card, and click Edit. You  can update phone, address, payday frequency, and other information.    Q: What is Payday Frequency?    A: This is how often learners receive their earnings (Weekly, Biweekly,  Monthly). Set this based on your organization's payroll schedule.    Q: What are Key Managers?    A: Key Managers are team members with administrative access to your Life  Hub account. You can add or remove them from your Dashboard.    Q: How do I add a Key Manager?    A: Go to Dashboard > Key Managers section, click Add Manager, and enter  their contact information and permissions level.    Q: What information can I see about my organization's performance?    A: Your Dashboard shows Active/Inactive Learners, Total Learners, Total  Edu-Jobs, Published Courses, Earnings, Badges, Certificates, Learner Activity  trends, Edu-Job Performance distribution, Top Courses, and Popular  Categories.    Learner Management    Q: How do I add learners to my organization?    A: Learners can self-register at Life Hub's login page, or you can invite  them via email through the Learner Management section in your organization  settings.    Q: Can I remove a learner from my organization?    A: Yes. Go to Learner Management, find the learner, and click Remove. Their  access to your organization's content will be revoked.    Q: Can I track individual learner progress?    A: Yes. Go to Dashboard or your analytics section to see which learners  have completed which Edu-Jobs and courses, and how much they've earned.    Q: What if a learner disputes their earnings?    A: Contact your Life Hub support team (Electus Team, shown on your  Dashboard). They can investigate and make adjustments if needed.    Content Visibility and Access    Q: Can I limit which learners see specific Edu-Jobs?    A: Yes. When creating or editing an Edu-Job, set visibility to specific  departments, grade levels, or learner groups.    Q: Can I make an Edu-Job available for a limited time?    A: Yes. In the Scheduling step during creation, set a start date and end  date. The Edu-Job will only be available during that period.    Q: Can I preview how a learner sees my Edu-Job?    A: Yes. Go to My Edu Jobs, find the Edu-Job, and click Preview to see the  learner view.    Technical and Support    Q: How do I get help if something isn't working?    A: Click the Help icon (?) in the top right navigation. You can access  documentation or contact the Electus Team support contacts shown on your  Dashboard.    Q: What do I do if an Edu-Job won't publish?    A: Check that all required fields are filled out correctly, the content is  valid, and your account has active permissions. Contact support if the problem  persists.    Q: Can I export my Edu-Jobs or course data?    A: Some data exports are available through your analytics dashboard. For  comprehensive data exports, contact the Electus Team.    Q: Is there a way to back up my content?    A: All your content is automatically stored on Life Hub's servers. You can  clone Edu-Jobs and courses as a manual backup method, or contact support  about backup options.
