STEP 3.

Disclosures & Authorizations

This is the payment part. You are authorizing two different types of charges.

I (We) authorize the following payments for My Life Hub Infiniti Subscription:

Life Hub Infiniti Subscription: Charge my debit/credit card on file $[Price] monthly for my [Plan Name] subscription. I also understand that I will be charged one month subcription only until I transition from the waitlist to an active account.

Reward Redemption Events: Charge my debit/credit card on file $1.00 for every reward redemption with Gift Cards, Visa Cards, and/or Bank Transfers.

No-Fee Reward Events: I understand that redemptions for Certificates, Badges, and Special Privileges are included in my subscription at no additional costs (Always $0.00).

Family Plans Usage: For Family plans, I acknowledge that each kid's individual redemption event for Gift Cards, Visa Cards, Bank Transfers trigger its own $1.00 processing fee.

Promotion Code LIFEHUB62: I acknowledge that my monthly subscription fee will be discounted only if I enter in promo code LIFEHUB62 and apply it at checkout.

I understand that there are no long-term contract commitments; this is a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled for any reason at any time with no penalty in my account in the Life Hub Infiniti app.
